**Ambler Auto Spa** **General Safety, Liability, and Cancellation Policy** **1. Liability Disclaimer** At Ambler Auto Spa, we take great pride in the quality and care of our detailing services. However, by booking with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees that: - Ambler Auto Spa is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, whether visible or latent, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, rust, or paint imperfections. - If pre-existing damage is aggravated or becomes more apparent during or after the detailing process, Ambler Auto Spa shall not be held responsible. - We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the vehicle before it arrives at our location or after it leaves our premises, regardless of the time frame between service and the claim. **2. Vehicle Condition and Inspection** - All vehicles are subject to pre-service photo documentation. Photos may include the vehicle's exterior, interior, license plate, and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). - These photos are used strictly for verification, liability protection, and service tracking purposes. - By agreeing to service with Ambler Auto Spa, you grant us the right to photograph your vehicle for documentation and, if applicable, promotional purposes. **3. Chemical and Product Safety** - Customers with allergies, respiratory issues, or chemical sensitivities must inform us **prior to the appointment** so that we may select appropriate, alternative products where available. - Ambler Auto Spa is not responsible for health-related reactions if no prior disclosure was made. **4. Deposit and Cancellation Policy** - A 25% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. - Cancellations or rescheduling made less than **6 hours before the scheduled appointment time** will result in forfeiture of the deposit. - Clients may reschedule a detail appointment **up to two times**. On the third attempt, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. - Clients who cancel **three times total** will no longer be eligible to book services with Ambler Auto Spa. **5. Agreement** By scheduling a service with Ambler Auto Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this General Safety, Liability, and Cancellation Policy.
